The core CRM is not the upsell.
Every capability below ships with Solo Professional and every plan above it. None of it is an add-on.
Claim-file CRM
Every claim is a record with its own identity, workflow position, and history — not a row in a sales pipeline.
Clients & workflow management
Clients, contacts, and a separate workflow per source of work, all reporting into one dashboard.
Documents & claim photo storage
Policies, estimates, correspondence, and photographs stored and versioned against the file they belong to.
Notes & activity history
Internal notes plus a timestamped record of meaningful actions on every file.
Tasks & reminders
Work items with an owner and a due date, raised on the file rather than in someone's head.
Email on the claim file
Messages and attachments thread onto the record, so correspondence is not trapped in one inbox.
Automations
Rules that route files, create tasks, and send confirmations and reminders as events happen.
Appointment & inspection tracking
Appointments and inspections recorded against the claim, with the property and contact attached.
Reporting
Counts, statuses, and workload across files, clients, and client workflows — including when each runs its own stages.
Billing & invoicing
Invoices raised per file or per assignment, with outstanding balances tracked through closeout.
Every plan includes all of it, from Solo Professional up. The two modules below are the only capabilities priced separately.
Three kinds of charge, and they are not the same kind.
Workflow modules
Optional field capability, added to any plan. Not users, not storage.
- Schedule Engine
Beyond basic appointment tracking: scheduling a full field day at once, proximity routing, booking links, a booking approval queue, and recommended times.
- Photo Engine
Beyond claim-linked photo storage: on-site capture against the claim, appraisal-shaped sets by elevation, roof slope, and room, and report-ready output.
Users
Beyond the users your plan includes. Every user has full workspace access, by role.
Add users beyond the number your plan includes. Every user gets full access to the workspace, by role.
Storage
Extra file storage beyond the plan allowance, bought as a tier.
- 50 GB
- 100 GB
- 250 GB
- 500 GB
- 1 TB
Storage tiers are bought on top of the allowance included with your plan.
Core plan, plus what you configure.
Pick a plan and add what the operation needs. Every figure comes from the same catalog the app bills from.
One professional running their own files end to end, from assignment through final package.
The difference is how the work is staffed, not how many features you get.
Both run the same claim file. What changes is who works it and what they can see.
| Team | Partner Network | |
|---|---|---|
| Who works the files | Your own staff. | Partner companies, 1099 contractors, and employees — inside and outside your own staff. |
| How work is handed out | Assigned inside the shared workspace. | Dispatched as an assignment the professional accepts or declines. |
| What happens before it reaches the client | Managers and Reviewer / Quality Assurance Analysts work in the same workspace. | A Reviewer / Quality Assurance Analyst approves the submission or sends it back for revisions. |
| Who can see what | Everything is shared across the organization, by role. | Everything dispatch sends is shared; the assigned professional's own photos and email stay private, and each document they upload is published or withheld individually. |
| Whose clients are whose | Every client belongs to the organization. | Work a professional brings in themselves stays out of the organization's pool. |
What does every plan include?
The complete claim-file CRM: claim files, clients and workflows, documents and claim-linked photo storage, notes and activity history, tasks and reminders, email on the file, automations, appointment and inspection tracking, reporting, and billing and invoicing. Schedule Engine and Photo Engine are the only capabilities priced separately.
Can I start with the claim file core and add modules later?
Yes. ClaimFileHQ is modular, so teams can start with the claim file core and add the Schedule Engine, Photo Engine, storage, or additional users as needed.
Is ClaimFileHQ only for appraisers?
No. It is designed around appraisal and claim file workflows, but it can also support contractors, TPAs, adjusters, Reviewer / Quality Assurance Analysts, and other claim-related operations.
How many users does a plan include?
Solo Professional includes 1 user. Team and Partner Network each include 5 users. Beyond that, additional users are $100/user/mo on any plan, and Enterprise is seat-based by contract.
Do you offer pricing for larger firms?
Yes. Larger teams and organizations on Partner Network can use custom contract pricing based on user count, modules, onboarding, and workflow requirements.
Photos are in the core plan — what does Photo Engine add?
Every plan stores claim photos on the file and keeps them organized with the record. Photo Engine is the field workflow around that: capturing on site against the claim, organizing into appraisal-shaped sets by elevation, roof slope, and room, and producing report-ready output for the position letter and final package.
How is Schedule Engine different from the scheduling in my plan?
Every plan tracks appointments and inspections against the claim file. Schedule Engine is the routing layer on top: building a full field day in one pass, ordering stops by drive time, holding booking requests in an approval queue, and suggesting times that fit the day already scheduled.
What is the difference between Team and Partner Network?
It is about how your organization operates rather than a feature count. Team is for organizations whose own staff work the files together in a shared workspace. Partner Network is for organizations that dispatch work across a network — partner companies, 1099 contractors, and their own employees — with assignment, acceptance, review, and revision workflows, plus the visibility controls that go with sending work outside your own office.
Find the right plan for your operation.
