Assignment received
A carrier assignment arrives and opens a claim file inside the network.
Dispatched
Dispatch opens the file, sets the instructions, and sends the assignment out. Only Admin and Manager roles can do this.
Offer sent
The assignment is offered across the network — partner companies, 1099 contractors, and employees. Each can accept or decline, and an offer nobody answers expires on its own.
Accepted
D. Whitfield accepts and the other offers close. Who accepted, who declined, and what expired all stay on the file.
In progress
The assigned professional works the file — inspection, photographs, scope, estimate. Their photographs and their email correspondence stay private to them.
Submitted for review
The submission goes to the Reviewer / Quality Assurance Analyst, who approves it or sends it back for revisions. They do not assign or reassign files.
Reviewed — sent back for revisions
The Reviewer / Quality Assurance Analyst requests a revision and the file moves back to the professional who worked it. Nothing has reached the client.
Review accepted
The revised submission is approved and the file can move on.
Sent for billing approval
The approved file goes for billing approval against the original assignment.
Sent to client
The final package is delivered — with the whole path above recorded on the file.
Dispatch
Creates and assigns files out across the network, tracks acceptance and workload, and reassigns when the day changes.
Review
The network's quality gate. Receives submitted work, approves it or sends it back for revision — without picking up assignment authority.
A Reviewer / Quality Assurance Analyst does not assign or reassign files.
Assigned professional
Accepts or declines assigned files, works them end to end, and controls what of their own work product the network sees.
